The first International Conference of TCM was held in Romania

On June 6th, the first International Conference of TCM was held in Sibiu, a famous city in central Romania. The three-day conference conducting expert dialogues and exchanges on the development, innovation and international promotion of Chinese medicine on the theme of “Building a Belt and Road Civilization and Sharing the Belt and Road Health”.

 

This conference will be the beginning of the high-end exchange of Chinese medicine culture between Romania and China. It is hoped that Chinese medicine will be promoted in Romania and neighboring countries. With the gradual promotion of Chinese medicine, more and more students in Romania will choose Chinese medicine related majors to study.

 

It is reported that Chinese medicine is an important cultural treasure of the Chinese nation. It is hoped that this newly created communication and cooperation platform will help integrate academic resources, improve academic standards, promote the quality, safety and accessibility of Chinese medicine in Europe, and make Chinese medicine better for health service.

 

The conference was co-organized by the University of Sibiu Lucian Braga and the Yangzhou Hospital of TCM and Shaanxi University of TCM. During the conference, Chinese and foreign scholars will start dialogues and exchanges around the theme of the conference.
