On April 30, the Chinese herbal diet Research Association issued the group standard "summer solar term health herbal diet guide" (see version 7 for details). After the release of spring and summer term health medicine diet guidelines, the Chinese medicine diet Research Association will also release autumn and winter term health medicine diet guidelines.

This guide is the summer part of the standard project "24 solar terms health medical diet making technical guide" approved by China Medical diet Research Association in 2018. It was developed under the leadership of Ji Aidong, Professor of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine, and Jiao Mingyao, vice president of China Medical diet Research Association. It is strictly in accordance with the development procedures specified in the "management measures for group standards of China Medical diet Research Association", and has been carefully and strictly reviewed in the literature The links and procedures of reading, investigation, trial production and food testing, extensive consultation, technical review, submission for approval, production and practical operation verification, etc. have been completed recently, released to the society, guided the masses to keep healthy in summer, and promoted the improvement of immunity.

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the yin-yang attribute of solar terms is closely related to human body and health, and diet is an important part of regulating the balance of Yin-Yang. The medicinal diet recommended in the guide to nourishing medicinal diet with solar terms in summer adheres to the traditional Chinese medicine concept and thinking of "nature and man correspond to each other, adjust measures to the circumstances, and prevent diseases first". It focuses on the traditional characteristics of six solar terms in summer, i.e. Lixia, Xiaoman, Mangchong, summer solstice, Xiaoshu and Dashu, and makes technological innovation in the compatibility of medicinal diet, selection of food materials, making cooking procedures and eating methods And fine-tuning according to different climate characteristics, pathogenesis and susceptibility trend in the north and south to make it easier for the public to learn and master.
