Administrative Regulation of Jiangxi Province on IntangibleCultural Heritages(Draft) is now soliciting public opinions, the work ofsoliciting will last until April 30^th,2015.

The administrative regulation (Draft) puts forward that the competentdepartment of culture of the people's government at or above the county levelshould take rescuing conservation on the endangered intangible cultural heritagesand should also establish special areas in the existing stadiums andnewly-built public cultural facilities and establish intangible culturalheritages exhibition pavilions.

The administrative regulation puts forward that it should be encouragedto make reasonable exploitation and utilization on intangible culturalheritages. It should be supported to transform the intangible culturalheritages and the related resources into cultural productions and culturalservices with distinct national and regional characteristics and marketpotential. If cultural productions are manufactured and cultural services areprovided in the name of intangible cultural heritages representative projects,it should use the traditional technological processes and core skills of thisproject to ensure its authenticity, integrality and inheritance. It also shouldencourage and support representative inheritors and protection unit to usemodern technologies, crafts or artistic skills to make innovation on thepremise that it does not affect the authenticity and integrality of intangiblecultural heritages.

The administrative regulation puts forward that education administrativedepartment should redact the intangible cultural heritages knowledge with localcharacteristics into local teaching materials as quality-oriented education andcarry out relevant educational activities.
