The crowdfunding project have achieved great success immediately. As far as the paper-cut is concerned, it attracted more than 5,000 people within half aday and raised more than 130,000 yuan. The yield rate was as high as 1,300%. This set of data mean not only some endangered intangible cultural heritage projectshave a chance to regain vitality, but also more people will admire and love them, and then understand and inherit traditional culture contained.

 

This is also a vivid example that intangible cultural heritage projects activelytake advantage of the “Internet +”, expected to expand out a completely different path to protect intangible cultural heritage.

 

Since the country started the conservation project of intangible cultural heritage, alarge number of intangible cultural heritage projects with a long history and exquisite crafts manship have incorporated into protection category. Numerous inheritors have come to the fore. But what the governments did mostly relied on financial investments, reflecting somewhat a kind of  administration power. It was difficult to geta combination with the market and were even not intended to depended on the market, which distanced these projects from the market objectively. It also meant the protection efficiency was not high and could not last long. On the other hand, only when intangible cultural heritage projects win affection from young people can they possess the lasting vitality and be truly protected. Actually,it is rare for young people to see plenty of intangible cultural heritage projects, especially ones in remote. Now, the crowdfunding can tackle these problems.

 

The crowdfunding is practical and nice to make intangible cultural heritage projects into the market, opening the market and be accepted by the market, meanwhile,to let netizens feel the charm of the traditional culture and make efforts toprotect and carry forward the traditional culture.
