On November 5^th, 2018, Hebei Province announced the fifth list of representative inheritors of provincial intangible cultural heritage projects. A total of 258 people was selected by the province. So far, there are 877 representative inheritors of provincial intangible cultural heritage projects in Hebei Province.

The representative inheritors of this selection include folk literature, traditional music, traditional dance, traditional drama, folk art, traditional sports, entertainment and acrobatics, traditional fine art, traditional skills, traditional medicine, and folk customs.

According to statistics, among the 258 inheritors, there are 7 people in folk literature, 35 people in traditional music, 21 people in traditional dance, 32 people in traditional drama, 9 people in folk art, 35 people in traditional sports, entertainment and acrobatics, 32 people in traditional fine arts, 67 people in traditional skills, 6 people in traditional medicine and 14 people in folk customs.
