Two new intangible cultural heritage projects in Qingpu District have been added to the municipal list

On November 3th, 2018, Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and Television announced the list of the sixth batch of Shanghai Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Projects (50 items). The two projects of “Xujing Soup Stir-fry Cooking Skills Cooking Skills” and “Jinze Temple Fair” in Qingpu District were included in the sixth batch of Shanghai Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Project Extension List.

 

Among them, “Xujing Soup Stir-fry Cooking Skills” belongs to traditional skills, “Jinze Temple Fair” belongs to folk customs. “Xujing Soup Stir-fry Cooking Skills” originated from the ancient town of Panlong in Xujing, Qingpu.Jinze Folklore Temple Fair is a grand folk temple fair that integrates faith, entertainment and commerce.

 

The selection of these two projects will further promote the exploration, protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in our district.
