From August 30^th to 31^th, 2019 Academic Annual Conference of China alliance of kidney disease prevention and treatment of TCM was held in guangzhou, and the launch ceremony of "the cloud platform of CKD chronic disease management standard of TCM" was launched, which is the first chronic disease prevention and treatment cloud platform with Chinese medicine characteristics in China.

Guangdong hospital of nephrology practice based on years of slow disease management experience, combined with kidney disease more than domestic experts, union hospital joint kang and slow disease prevention and control research center co-authored the first domestic "slow disease of TCM management standard for CKD", for the prevention of CKD is more standardized, systematic, efficient, so as to guide more hospitals and grassroots organizations at a lower level, improve the overall management of CKD.

The cloud platform was released

Cloud platform mainly includes the establishment and update of dynamic health records in patients,the collection and analysis of key metrics, the doctor-patient remote interaction and other functions, in order to realize the full process data tracking and slow disease management, and provide strong support for the development of Chinese medicine production. The cloud platform will open up all levels of organizations within the alliance, realize information sharing, make chronic disease management of CKD and other TCM more systematic and standardized.
