The Third Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Will be Opened in Langfang,Hebei
On May 24th, 2017, learned from the press conference, the Third Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition, that is, the Tenth Hebei Province Folk Culture Festival, will be held in Langfang, Heibei on June 9th~12th. Meanwhile, the Fifth Langfang Cultural Exposition also will be held. Fei LIANG, the deputy inspector of Hebei Provincial Cultural Department, attended the press conference.
This activity, which is under the guidance of Intangible Cultural Heritage Department of the Ministry of Culture, was organized by the Hebei Provincial Department of Culture, Beijing Municipal Cultural Bureau, Tianjin Bureau of Cultural, Radio and Television and Langfang Municipal People’s Government, and hosted by Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center and other three units.
The theme of this exhibition is “Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection-the Vivid Practice of Inheritance and Development”. The purpose of this exhibition is to implement the coordinated development strategy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions, to develop and expand the excellent traditional culture, including artisan culture, and to make the intangible cultural heritage and creative industries keep pace with the times. It is also aimed at creating a social atmosphere that everyone concerns intangible cultural heritage and cherishes excellent traditional culture.
This exhibition contains representative intangible cultural heritage projects of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions. Besides, it will be divided into 13 sections for live performances and craft performances, including the atrical performance, folk Huahui performance, traditional crafts exhibition, and other ten sections.
According to the statistics, 217 intangible cultural heritage projects will join this exhibition, of which 25 projects in Beijing, 25 projects in Tianjin and 167 projects in Hebei.
