On January 25^th, 2018, the Jinchang Municipal People’s Government announced the fifth batch of the municipal intangible cultural heritage list, and 12 items were selected.

At present, Jinchang City has atotal of 1 national intangible cultural heritage project, 12 provincial projects, 49 municipal projects, 10 provincial intangible cultural heritage inheritors, 65 municipal inheritors, 5 folk museums of township level and 8 intangible cultural heritage inheritance and training schools. The city’s protection work of intangible cultural heritage would be scientific.

The fifth batch of Jinchang intangible cultural heritage list includes 12 projects: Yongchang Huaer of the traditional music category; Yongchang vinegar brewing technique, Jinchuan vinegar brewing technique, Yongchang leather making technique, the technique of making heatable brick beds in Jinchuan, Jinchuan dough modelling of the traditional techniques category; Jinchuan Wushu of the traditional sports category; Jinchuan embroidery, Jinchuan paper-cut of the traditional art category; and Yongchang Fentang(a special snack), Yongchang Kangguozi(a special snack), and Yongchang scones.
