June 8th is the 2019 Chinese Cultural Heritage Day. On May 29, the Jilin Provincial Government officially announced the fourth batch of supplementary lists of representative projects of provincial intangible cultural heritage. The provincial-level representative non-legacy projects have a total of 22 categories in 8 categories, of which there are 4 in Jilin City, namely: Jilin Wula Ice and Snow Festival, Jilin Ula Manchu Year Customs, Songhua River Langmugen Art, Korean Folk Music Dance.

Jilin Wula Ice and Snow Festival: Manchu has six major sacrifices, and the ice and snow festival is one of its important sacrifices. When the winter snow falls, the ice and snow festivals of different scales will be held after the winter.

Today's Jilin Smoky Snow Festival is the extension and inheritance of the Jilin Wula Ice and Snow Festival custom, regardless of form and content, time span and scale have been developed and upgraded. Jilin City has held the Hazy Ice and Snow Festival, which has been held for 24 consecutive years. The unique ice and snow culture and smog wonders make Jilin City a very advantageous winter tourist destination in the Northeast. The Jilin Wula Ice and Snow Festival activities have played a positive role in promoting the regional cultural construction and local economic development of Jilin City.

Jilin Ula Manchu Year Customs: Jilin Ula Manchu as an intangible cultural heritage protection project, based on Jilin's folk normalization and livelihood inheritance. In recent years, the Manchu Museum of Jilin City, as a protection unit, has carried out the Manchurian New Year series in the form of official and festive celebrations, which has enhanced the scale and influence of the project, and preserved the connotation of protecting the ice and snow in the north. It has a wide range of mass and social foundations. And bring good social benefits. The activities of the New Year are rich and colorful, and it contains many national, provincial and municipal intangible protection projects. It is a concentrated display of outstanding traditional culture and intangible cultural heritage projects and folk activities with distinctive regional and national characteristics.

Songhua River Langmugen Art: Songhua River Langmugen Art is an intangible cultural heritage that combines traditional art and traditional techniques. It carries the spiritual pursuit and beautiful prayer of the people of Jilin, and has distinctive characteristics of regional culture.

Songhua River Langmugen Art is mainly distributed in the urban area of Jilin City, Jilin Province, and around Shulan City, Luohe City, Huadian City, Yongji County, etc. The Songhua River flows through Jilin City and provides abundant raw materials for Songhua River Langmugen Art. The production of Songhuajiang Langmugen Art has undergone more than ten processes such as material selection, conception, cooking, barbecue, carbonization, dryness, knife carving, axe molding, sanding, waxing, planing, oil immersion, etc. In recent years, Jilin City successfully held two "China Jilin international longmu, root carving, wood carving art exposition", 28 countries and regions participated in the exhibition, with great influence.

Korean folk music dance: Korean folk music dance has two forms: North and South. The Korean folk music dance in Jilin City belongs to the South Road folk music dance.

The Nandao agricultural music and dance dancers in the Jilin area danced with the beats of the gongs, caves and gongs and drums. The dances were rich in content, the dances were complex, the movements were refined, the skills were superb, and the regional characteristics were distinct, so they enjoyed a unique position in the Korean dance.

As a member of the Chinese dance family, the Korean folk music dance reflects the unique artistic style of Korean folk dance and has a high historical and cultural value.
