Five municipal intangible cultural heritage projects in Xuhui district will apply for "national level"

This year, Xuhui district will apply for the fifth batch of state-level intangible cultural heritage representative projects, including five municipal intangible cultural heritage representative projects, such as Agarwood Fragrance Making Skills, Qiao jiashan pastry making skills, Ancient painting and calligraphy mounting technique, Shanghai rap and plaque customs.

 

Agarwood Fragrance Making Skills:

The culture of incense has a long history in China, and it has existed since the ancient times in the Zhou Dynasty. Its art and medicine value is great, and it is a popular culture to go out and banquet celebrations. In 2015, “Agarwood Fragrance Making Skills” was included in the fifth batch of Shanghai municipal intangible cultural heritage lists by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.

 

Qiao jiashan pastry making skills:

Traditional steamed pastries are produced in various cake shops in Shanghai, and the most famous in the restaurant of Qiao jiashan Restaurant, it has become a gift for friends and relatives of Shanghai people and the beauty of receiving guests. In 2015, “Qiao jiashan pastry making skills:” was included in the fifth batch of Shanghai municipal intangible heritage lists by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.

 

Ancient painting and calligraphy mounting technique:

With a history of more than two thousand years, Chinese painting and calligraphy mounting art is divided into four schools: Su, Hu, Yang and Jing. Shanghai school, which has the style of Shanghai mounting, is between Su and Yang. It absorbs the advantages of the two schools and develops them, thus forming its own characteristics, which is called a rising star in history. In 2015, "ancient painting and calligraphy mounting technique" was listed in the fifth batch of Shanghai municipal intangible heritage list by the Shanghai municipal people's government.

 

Shanghai rap:

Shanghai rap, originated in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, "speaking to the newspaper" and "singing the little song" performance, named in 1956 by the comic master Hou Baolin, in 1964 officially launched the "Shanghai rap" name, developed into today's Shanghai dialect rap performance, It is one of the few local songs in Shanghai and an important representative of Shanghai urban art.

 

Custom of plaque:

The plaque, referred to as flat, plaque or the amount, usually palace, hall, pavilion, study, shops, and so on with large characters on the door, may be called horizontal plaque. After a long time of use, the board has formed a certain habitual system and form of expression, becoming a custom with Chinese national characteristics. In 2007, the custom of inscribed plaque was listed in the first batch of Shanghai municipal intangible cultural heritage list by Shanghai municipal people's government.
