2017 China and Russia Border Culturale Season Festival was Opened
2017 China and Russia Border Culture Festival - China Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition was opened at Northeast Asia Plazain Tongjiang City, Heilongjiang Province on June 26th, 2017. This activity was organized by the municipal governments of Jiamusi and Tongjiang and was undertook by Heilongjiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center and Tongjiang Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, Television, Press and Publication. Leaders from Heilongjiang and Russia attended this opening ceremony.
The Border Culture Festival has 130 activities of 7 sections, including China Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition, and will last for 3 months.
China Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition is a highlight of the whole activities. There are 60 representative inheritors and craft masters, more than 2,000 works and over 4,000 audiences on the exhibition.
There are various intangible cultural heritage projects with profound cultural connotation, including Guangdong Paper Cutting, Liaoning Porcelain Carving, Jilin Wicker Skill, Dali Silver ware and so on. Besides, there are numerous projects with local Hezhe culture, including Shaman culture, Fishscale Painting, Fishbone Painting and so on.
The exhibition comprehensively shows the traditional handicrafts projects listed in the national and provincial intangible cultural heritage in the form of text, pictures, real works, inheritors’ performances and so on.
