Huaihua City, Hunan Province announced the sixth batch of municipal-level "intangible cultural heritage" representative projects

In order to improve the intangible cultural heritage directory system and strengthen cultural and ecological protection, the Huaihua Municipal People's Government recently announced the list of 59 projects selected for the sixth batch of municipal-level intangible cultural heritage representative projects.

 

The projects announced this time include 1 items of folk literature and 1 items of traditional folk; 5 items of traditional music; 3 items of traditional dance; 4 items of traditional drama; 5 items of traditional art; 28 items of traditional technique; 4 items of traditional medicine; 6 items of folk custom; 2 items of traditional sport.

 

In accordance with the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for the Implementation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Law of the People's Republic of China", the Municipality will conscientiously implement the work guidelines of "protection first, rescue first, rational use, inheritance and development", adhere to the concept of scientific protection, formulate plans, and do a good job in the protection, inheritance and dissemination of representative projects of intangible cultural heritage, and make new contributions to the city's cultural prosperity.
